Job Title: Copywriter – Consultant

Role Duration: 3 Months | Consultant Position

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter – Consultant for a 3-month consulting engagement. The role will involve developing engaging, social-first written content across platforms, translating briefs into compelling copy, and ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and communication objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong social-first mindset, be comfortable building and maintaining a content bank, and have a strong understanding of digital and social media communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Decode briefs to understand brand requirements, audience, and communication objectives. Develop social-first copy and content ideas across relevant digital platforms. Build and maintain a strong, relevant content bank for ongoing communication requirements. Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging. Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy across formats including social media, ads, websites, blogs, and scripts. Review, edit, and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and tone. Conduct audience, competitor, and industry research to support content creation. Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and digital communication best practices. Manage timelines and ensure adherence to internal TATs and SOPs.

Mandatory Requirements:

This is a 3-month consultant role. Strong social-first thinking and understanding of social media content. Ability to build and maintain a strong content bank. Strong command of Bengali is mandatory. 0–1.5 years of experience in copywriting/content creation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent grammar, language, editing, and proofreading skills. Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
