Project Manager Physical Security

Directly manages the successful development and execution of physical security related capital projects in support of business requirements at client’s substation, generation, general office and operation center locations throughout the state of Nevada.

Performs responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy.

Works independently and ensures deadlines are met with minimal supervision.Leads the development of physical security project plans and design documentation, including project scope, cost estimates, schedule, cash flows and project approvals.

Ensures approved designs adhere to approved company standards.Executes approved project plans.

Coordinates acquisition of resources, equipment, permits.

Manages and controls the project, including safety, scope, schedule, budget and quality.

Measures and communicates project performance to stakeholders.
