Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day creative operations, task allocation, approvals, timelines, and team workload.
• Lead creative development from ideation and conceptualization to final delivery.
• Write, develop, and proofread engaging, original copy and campaign content as per briefs.
• Oversee the development of visual and audio content, including designs, videos, and layouts.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Design, Animation, Production, and Copy teams.
• Manage urgent requests while ensuring workflow efficiency and quality standards.
• Maintain brand consistency, creative quality, and project timelines.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a digital agency.
• Strong copywriting and creative development skills.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university.
