The role:Defend insurer and business clients in a range of litigation matters, including premises liability, transportation, construction-related disputes, product liability, and general liability claimsManage cases through key stages of litigation, including motions, written discovery, depositions, and trial preparationMaintain proactive client communication and contribute to case strategy and resolution
