Job Summary:

As a Senior Presales Consultant, you will be a pivotal force in shaping our sales success, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective clients. Leveraging your deep expertise in banking solutions, you will strategically convey the compelling value of CustomerXPs’ products, deliver impactful and customized presentations, and play a crucial role in driving deal closures and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Deeply understand our solutions and stay current with the latest banking industry trends.
• Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to develop customized solutions, deliver compelling demos, and address customer queries.
• Solution Development: Design custom demonstrations and proofs of concept that showcase our products’ value.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, gather requirements, and provide consultation throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to enhance solutions and create technical content with marketing.
• Mentoring: Guide junior consultants, sharing best practices and conducting training sessions.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of presales or solution consulting experience in banking or Fintech.
• Proven track record in supporting sales teams and closing deals.
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
• Experience in fraud management or AML domains is a plus.
