Sales Representative (Customer Calling & Account Reactivation)

The Role

You'll handle outbound customer calling, bring inactive clients back on board, and grow sales from the existing customer base. This is a hands-on, target-driven role for someone active, confident and energetic.

What You'll Do

• Make regular outbound calls to existing and past customers
• Reactivate inactive accounts and rebuild relationships
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current clients
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and orders
• Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills (must have)
• Confident, positive attitude on calls
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward targets
• Prior experience in sales, telesales or customer service is a plus
• Familiarity with mobile accessories or consumer tech is a bonus

• Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days a week
