Job Description Plan, organize, and manage all phases of ground-up construction projects in Charleston. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project outcomes. Oversee project closeout, ensuring all deliverables and documentation are completed. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Charleston Ground-Up Construction should have: A proven track record in managing ground-up construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Experience coordinating with diverse teams, including architects and contractors. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
