Who we areA 55-hour cap in busy season. Half-day Fridays through the summer. 40-hour weeks the rest of the year. And the work itself: high net worth & ultra high net worth individuals and closely held businesses.
Responsibilities Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership returnsOwn client relationships, communicating directly with business owners and familiesResearch tax issues and develop practical planning strategiesRespond to federal and state noticesGuide junior staff and review their work as you grow toward manager
What you need2 to 5+ years of tax experience in public accountingBachelor's degree in accounting (master's in tax a plus)CPA or actively pursuing certificationStrong experience with individual taxation, ideally high net worthThe communication skills to explain complex tax xzbcwsv issues in plain language
