UCHealth is seeking a Clinical Education Resource Nurse RN for night shift. In this role, you’ll serve as an expert bedside educator, supporting nurses with complex patient care, clinical decision-making, and evidence-based practice. You will assess learning needs, deliver targeted in-services, validate competencies, and guide new staff through orientation. Partnering with leaders and educators, you’ll drive quality, safety, and performance improvement while modeling UCHealth’s patient-first, collaborative culture in an academic, innovative environment.
