Own end-to-end release management for enterprise endpoint environment, ensuring reliable, low-risk deployments through endpoint management Solutions (Workspace ONE/Intune) with strong governance, execution discipline, and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full release lifecycle: planning, scheduling, execution, and validation Define release windows, rollout strategy, and deployment plans Ensure compliance with change management and governance processes Drive large-scale deployments (apps, patches, configurations) via endpoint management Solutions (Workspace One/Intune) Provide regular status reporting, create & maintain dashboards, and stakeholder communication Coordinate across Engineering, Support, and Business teams Track and manage releases using Jira and related tooling Skills & Experience Required Expertise in Program, Release & Delivery Management Leverage AI Tools to accelerate deliverables of Self and Team Deep understanding of Agile (Kanban/Scrum) Knowledge of EUC environments & device lifecycle Experience with Workspace ONE or similar MDM platforms Strong governance, change management & risk control Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking and release coordination Excellent stakeholder management & execution discipline

Application packaging (EUC) Windows & mac OS environments Scripting & automation (Power Shell, Python, Shell) Exposure to Service Now / deployment / reporting tools

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in CS / IT or related field 7+ years of experience, including 3–5 years in Program/Release/Delivery manager roles
