Role snapshot

- Location: Remote (India) / Kalyan office optional

- Duration: 3 months

- Commitment: 20–25 hrs/week

- Shift: Partial overlap with US/UK hours required

- Type: Unpaid learning internship — certificate, LOR, and PPO for top performers

What you'll do

- Respond to client queries over email, WhatsApp and live chat

- Log, track and follow up on tickets until they're actually closed

- Coordinate between clients and the VAs assigned to them

- Handle onboarding questions for new clients on the Tasks Expert 2.0 portal

- Maintain the FAQ/help documentation as new issues come up

- Flag recurring problems to the operations team instead of just patching them

You should have

- Clear written and spoken English — this is the core requirement

- Patience and a calm tone under pressure

- Basic comfort with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and any CRM/helpdesk tool

- Reliable internet, laptop, and a quiet space for calls

- Willingness to work across time zones

Good to have

- Prior BPO, chat support, or client-facing experience

- Exposure to helpdesk tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk, HubSpot)

- A second language
