Gynoveda is building the world's largest chain of Ayurveda fertility clinics. 62 clinics live across 30-plus cities, on a clear path to 200. Short-form video fills those clinics. This role writes the ads that make it happen.

We are looking for a writer who has experience writing ads for FMCG or D2C brands and lives by the Hook, Message, CTA. Someone who knows the first three seconds decide everything, and that a beautiful script that does not convert is a failure. You report to the Senior Creative Director inside our in-house studio.

What the work looks like

• Write hooks, scripts, and storylines for performance ads, reels, explainers, and testimonials, in Hindi and English
• Structure every script on Hook, Message, CTA, and defend that structure through the edit
• Apply AIDA to turn category insight into a curiosity-driven narrative
• Write creative variants for A/B testing, then read CTR and watch time with the performance marketing team to sharpen the next round
• Partner with directors, producers, and editors from brief to final cut
• Research the fertility category and surface fact-based angles that debunk myths

Who fits

• 5 to 9 years writing ads for FMCG or D2C brands, agency or in-house
• A portfolio of ad films, reels, or Meta ads with performance numbers behind them
• Deep command of hooks, persuasion structure, and call to action
• Strong writing in Hindi and English
• Comfort on shoots and in the edit room

Location: Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai. Onsite, Monday to Friday.
