Responsibilities
- Developuserpersonas,userstories,interactionflows,andsitemaps/navigationsfortheproductinhand
- Workwithdesignersandengineerstodevelopawireframe/prototypethatisclearandactionable
- Decideonasetofproductfeaturesandwritespecifications/PRDsforaproductwithgreatdetailtodocumentfunctionalandaestheticaspectsofwhatneedstobebuilt.
- Createwireframesoftheintendeduserexperiencetoguidetechteamstocomprehenduserexperience
- Abilitytoanalyzeclickflowsandgenerateinsightsonuserbehaviorpatternsfromdata.
Collaboratecloselywithdevelopers,designers,andqualityassuranceonbuildingtherightproductbyexplainingspecifications,guidinguserexperience,reviewingdeliverables,andconveyinganexcitingvision.
- WorkcloselywithEngineeringtoensuresolutionsareultimatelydeliveredinatimelymanner.
- Createmeaningfulexperimentstotestouthypotheses,executethem,andsharefindingsalongwithrecommendedactions
- SupportingCustomerSupport,SalesEnablement,andProductMarketinginthedevelopmentoffeaturedescriptionsandnewreleasecontent
- Suggestproductenhancementstoimproveuserexperience
- Performingvalidationtestingofproductionreleases,bugfixes,andfeaturerequests.
Requirements
- 3to5yearsofexperienceinproductmanagementisrequired.
Abilitytogainadeepunderstandingofcustomerexperience,identifyandfillproductgaps,andgeneratenewideasthatgrowmarketshare,improvecustomerexperience,anddrivegrowth

- Knowledgeofdatabasesandagoodunderstandingofsoftwaredevelopment
Comfortableworkinginatechnicalenvironment&canhandletechnicalconversationswithsoftwareengineersaswellasunderstandthe

- Comfortwithcreatinguserstories(orapplyingtheJTBDframework)andmanagingabacklogwithtoolslikeSlack,Jira,andAsana.
- KnowledgeofAgileprojectmanagementmethodologieslikeSCRUMorKanban
- PLUS:wireframingandprototypingexperienceusingamainstreamtoollikeFigma,Sketch,orotherequivalents
- Strongproblem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytoempathizewithconsumers
