This facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population. The facility maintains established clinical protocols to support quality and efficient care delivery on an on-site basis. Clinicians are expected to integrate internal medicine management into the structured framework of the FQHC environment.

The Internal Medicine DNP will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients (ages 18 and older) at an on-site FQHC, working Monday through Friday on a schedule of either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, with an expected caseload of 16-22 patients per day. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Prescriptive authority is required, and required certifications include a Massachusetts license, DEA, and BLS.
