Advocate Health is seeking a Family medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Health Center - Franklin West in Franklin, WI. Highlights Franklin West - Internal Medicine Reason for opening - resignation The patient panel be a mix of inherited panel plus a start up There will be 3 family physicians in Suite 116 and 3 internal medicine physicians in Suite 101 Suite is open 6:45 - 6:00 PM Mondays, 6:45 - 5:00 Tues - Friday. Our physicians are asked to work 100 hours extended hours per year. This is done before 8 am, after 5 pm or during the 12-1 lunch hour. The call is managed by the nurse triage line where 85%
