Strategic Account Executive (January Start)

This is a full-time on-site role located in Moon, PA. The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for lead generation, high-volume outbound sales activity, and managing customer accounts from acquisition through ongoing operational support.

Scope of ResponsibilitiesIdentify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business - spiderwebbing off existing clients and tapping into new niche verticalsManage ongoing outbound sales efforts while maintaining and growing your current book of businessDevelop and grow long-term partnerships - every customer matters to our companyEffectively demonstrate trucking solutions tailored to each customer's needsMeet established KPIs for load volume, net revenue, and gross revenue
QualificationsEntrepreneurial mindset - do what it takes to get the job done and winExperience in lead generation and use of prospecting toolsExperience with high-volume outbound sales (cold calling, emailing, messaging, etc.) and CRM toolsStrong communication and customer service skillsProficient in account managementProactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independentlyExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience in transportation or logistics is a plusBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
