Driving Activation and Sales of ULIP, TRADITIONAL, TERM product through them Maintaining Quality in terms of sales and persistency Create and Retain AUM

Responsibilities

• Building Distribution of MFDs / Insurance Advisors
• Driving Activation and Sales of ULIP, TRADITIONAL, TERM product through them
• Maintaining Quality in terms of sales and persistency
• Creating and Retaining AUM

Qualifications

• Qualification: MBA
• Work experience in years: Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in life insurance channel

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Team handling
• YTD Business Achievement – Minimum 5 Crore with 100% or above target achievement

Preferred Skills

• Handled distribution/ Experience in Agency channel.
• Excellent performance rating for the last 2 years
• Local candidate is only preferable
• Age up to 45 years
