Junior Architect

JUNIOR ARCHITECT: Location: Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About Voxela Voxela is a bespoke luxury architecture and interior design studio specializing in premium residential and commercial projects. We are passionate about creating timeless spaces through thoughtful planning, innovative design and meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect who is eager to take ownership of projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to high-quality architectural solutions from concept through execution. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and design of luxury residential and commercial architectural projects. Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings and construction documentation. Develop concept designs, presentation drawings and design proposals. Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants and external agencies. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent. Assist in obtaining approvals, preparing documentation and coordinating with relevant authorities where required. Participate in design discussions, material selection and detailing. Prepare project presentations, schedules and design documentation. Coordinate with vendors, contractors and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure drawings are updated accurately throughout the project lifecycle. We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in an architecture or multidisciplinary design firm. Experience working on residential, villa and/or commercial architectural projects. Strong understanding of planning, building regulations and construction detailing. Ability to prepare architectural working drawings and construction documentation. Good knowledge of materials, construction methods and on-site coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and presentation software. Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. This Role Is Not Suitable If Your experience is limited to drafting without involvement in design development. You have not worked on architectural planning and construction documentation. You are only comfortable creating 3D models or renders without technical drawings. You have limited exposure to site coordination or project execution. You are unable to showcase a portfolio that demonstrates your architectural work. Compensation We offer a competitive salary based on experience, technical expertise and portfolio. The budget for this role is ₹4.5–₹6.5 LPA .
