Position: BMS Manager

Industry: Data Centre

Education: Diploma/BE in Electrical/ ENTC

Experience: Min 4 Yrs in Data centre for similar role

Location: Pune

Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

1.Architect and implement BMS control strategies: programming, graphics, alarms, trends.

2.Monitor alarms and KPIs through centralized control rooms, dispatch corrective actions promptly.

3.Coordinate system testing, fault diagnosis, performance optimization, and documentation (O&M, training).

4.Monitor systems in real time; lead root-cause analysis and incident response.

5.Direct BMS operations staff; assign tasks, handle scheduling, and evaluate performance.

6.Develop and manage training programs and ensure documentation completion.

7.Liaise with clients, vendors, and project managers; manage change control, compliance, and procurement.

8.Prepare technical documentation: schematics, sequences of operation, and O&M manuals.

9.Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and change management protocols.

Candidate must have expertise in to : BMS/EPMS systems, preferably in data center or critical facilities. Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, fire/security systems, SCADA/DCIM platforms.

Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
