Position: Special Educator
Qualification: B.Ed. in Special Education (Mandatory)
Location: EuroSchool-HSR
Employment Type: Full-time
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (Mandatory)
- Additional qualification in Special Education preferred
Experience:
- Prior experience as a Special Educator in a school setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs through individualized learning plans
- Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure inclusive education
- Conduct assessments and track student progress
- Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies based on student needs
- Provide emotional and academic support to students
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of inclusive education practices
- Patience and empathy in handling diverse learners
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to design customized learning interventions
