Lead architect

Job Title: Lead Architect – Design Review
Location: Hyderabad
Key Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B. Arch. – 5-year program)
9 to 10 years of experience in Architectural consultancy in Design Development and Site execution
Excellent Aesthetic sense
Basic understanding of Various Design disciplines and their interdependences
Should be a Learner with Strong communication skills
Positive attitude, Self Motivated and team-oriented mindset
Strong alignment with a detail-driven work culture
Ability to learn, adapt, and align with organizational standards and processes
Be able to work on multiple projects
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Detail Design review of Architectural design, details at key stages of design deliverables
Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Facade, teams to ensure design integration
Create design observations, and propose practical solutions in coordination with various stake holders
Be able to Review Shop Drawings
Be able to Respond to RFI
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks
Follow agreed design consistency and construction accuracy
