Job Description Job Description Tigard Auto Service NAPA AutoCare Center Position: Auto Technician (B Technician) Pay: Hourly starting at $22 $35/hr (depending on experience certifications) ASE Incentive: Encouraged (shop pays for ASE certification testing registration). o +$0.25/hr raise per ASE certification (up to $2.00/hr value) o +$1.00/hr raise for ASE Master Tech certification A/C Certification: Section 609 certification encouraged Job Duties Responsibilities A/C system diagnosis and repair Electrical repairs, starting, and charging system troubleshooting Timing belt and water pump replacements Major component repairs (heater cores, clutches, front-end/suspension) Standard maintenance services, brake services, tune-ups, and oil changes Conduct vehicle inspections and test drives Complete general automotive repairs and maintain general shop duties/cleanliness Benefits Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Weekends off) Paid Major Holidays Stable hourly pay + yearly productivity bonus Simple IRA with up to 3% match Health insurance premium reimbursement 5 days paid vacation (+1 additional day per year employed) Disability accident insurance ASE registration and testing paid for by the shop Uniforms provided Family-owned environment Requirements 2+ years of experience in automotive repair Personal tool set Valid driver s license \nCompany Description Tigard Auto Service is a family-owned and operated NAPA AutoCare Center dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality automotive repair and maintenance to the Tigard community.
