Interim Commercial Counsel (New York)

JURISolutions is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer for a 7-month opportunity with our financial services client. This candidate will support the client’s premium hospitality and membership benefits business. They will act as the primary legal advisor to the business team, providing strategic and day-to-day legal support across commercial partnerships, customer programs, marketing initiatives, and business operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years’ experience drafting and negotiation complex commercial agreements and product development. Key Responsibilities: Advise on commercial, operational, marketing, and product development matters. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including supplier, partnership, licensing, and services contracts. Support the expansion and operation of premium hospitality and customer experience offerings. Manage legal escalations relating to operations, customer experience, and contract interpretation. Collaborate with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders, including Compliance, Privacy, Risk, and Marketing. Identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.
