Position Purpose

This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing regional sales operations, developing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory. The role requires strong automotive industry knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage dealer networks, key accounts, and sales teams.

Job Description

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
• Manage sales performance across assigned territories, dealerships, distributors, and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers, fleet customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales teams to achieve individual and team targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Conduct regular market visits and provide feedback on customer needs and market conditions.
• Coordinate with marketing, after-sales, finance, and supply chain teams to improve customer experience.
• Manage dealer performance, sales processes, and compliance with company policies.
• Negotiate major deals and support closure of high-value sales opportunities.

Experience and Qualification

• BBA/MBA in Marketing from HEC recognized university.
• 06 to 08 years of relevant experience.
