Hiring: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – FMCG

Locations: Vadodara, Gujrat

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop distributors and dealer networks.
• Drive secondary sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Expand retail outlets and strengthen market penetration.
• Manage and guide Sales Officers.
• Handle collections and maintain strong trade relationships.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare regular sales and market reports.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of FMCG General Trade Sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in distributor and retail channel management.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Proven team-handling and sales-growth skills.
• Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
