Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Project Manager - PUF / PEB Execution
We are looking for experienced professionals to lead and manage PUF/PEB execution projects from planning through completion.
Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Project Manager
Experience: 10–12 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
Location: Project Site / Pan India

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of PUF/PEB projects at site.
- Plan project activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, quality standards, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor PUF panel installation, PEB erection, roofing, cladding, and related activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and execution methodology.
- Track project progress and prepare regular management reports.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to approved project specifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety policies and statutory requirements.
- Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in PUF/PEB project execution.
- Excellent project planning and site management skills.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, project schedules, and quality requirements.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and site challenges.
