Growth Manager, Social Media

Position Summary CyberFOX is a cybersecurity company dedicated to helping organizations secure access, reduce risk, and navigate an increasingly complex threat landscape with confidence. The Growth Manager, Social Media is responsible for expanding our reach, growing targeted B2B audiences, and amplifying the company’s brand and content across social, community, influencer, review, and media channels. This role develops and executes audience growth strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, reputation, and pipeline influence through organic and paid social media, media syndication, advocacy programs, and community engagement. Partnering closely with Digital Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales, this individual identifies opportunities to grow our presence across social platforms, industry communities, review sites, partner networks, and emerging channels. They monitor audience behavior, industry trends, competitor activity, and platform developments to continuously improve reach, engagement, and share of voice. This role also leads to the distribution, amplification, and repurposing of CyberFOX content, extending the value of webinars, podcasts, videos, research, customer stories, thought leadership, product launches, and campaign assets. By transforming long-form content into high-performing social and multimedia assets, the Growth Manager maximizes content visibility, audience engagement, and business impact. Success is measured by audience growth, engagement, share of voice, brand sentiment, influenced website traffic, media consumption, community participation, and contribution to pipeline growth. Core Ownership Areas Social Media Architecture Own the company’s social media strategy, channel roadmap, and audience growth initiatives. Establish publishing standards, engagement frameworks, workflows, and performance benchmarks across social channels.
