North Somerset Council is recruiting a Development Project and Asset Manager to join the Projects and Property Team. The role covers acquisition, disposal, leasing in and out of accommodation, valuation services and asset management in support of the Council’s strategic aims and Capital Programme.You will lead on lease negotiations, provide Red Book valuations for capital accounting, and contribute to development projects.
