What You'll Do Edit fast-paced, conversion-focused video ads for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) Craft compelling hooks in the first 1–3 seconds to stop the scroll and drive action Work with on-screen text, captions, and copy overlays to reinforce messaging and boost retention Maintain tight pacing and flow to keep viewers engaged through to the CTA Collaborate with the creative team to iterate on ad creatives based on performance data Deliver multiple versions and cuts of ads
