About Role:
We're looking for an experienced . NET Architect (15+ Years) to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role focused on architecture, technical leadership, engineering excellence, and AI-Enabled Engineering Practices, with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Git Hub Copilot, or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Define technical architecture and technology direction for enterprise-grade applications
Drive microservices, distributed systems, API-first, and event-driven architecture initiatives
Lead design reviews, modernization programs, and cloud adoption strategies
Partner with Product teams on feasibility assessments, Po Cs, and technical trade-offs
Champion security, observability, scalability, and engineering best practices
Drive responsible adoption of AI-assisted development practices to improve quality and delivery velocity
Remain hands-on with architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, and critical solution design
Required qualifications
15+ years of experience in. NET Full Stack Engineering, Solution Design, and Enterprise Architecture.
Hands-on expertise in Classic ASP, ASP. NET, ASP. NET Core,. NET Core, and MVC.
Strong experience designing scalable Microservices and Distributed Systems architectures.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also acceptable), including serverless computing technologies.
Expertise in API-first design, RESTful services, and Event-Driven Architecture.
Experience building modern web applications using React and/or Next.js.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, application security, observability, and enterprise integration patterns.
Proven ability to identify, manage, and modernize technical debt across enterprise applications.
Experience with AI-enabled engineering practices and hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Git Hub Copilot, and Agentic AI solutions to improve engineering productivity.
