Stand Opening Lead: Staffing, Training & Launch

7Crew Enterprises seeks a Head of Stand Openings to lead pre-opening operations at each location. You will ensure opening checklists are completed, staff 55–65 people per site, reserve meeting space, complete opening inventory orders, keep the stand organized and clean, and onboard teammates into Touchpoint and Teamworx.

You will keep availability current for all employees, finalize opening week schedules, deploy 7 ballers to openings, coordinate marketing material distribution, arrange training
