Role Overview

We are seeking (6) experienced Senior Domain Sales Engineers to join Insight Global's growing Customer Technology Office Division supporting several industries and accounts of ours. This role is designed to attract highly technical, customer-facing professionals with expertise in one or more of the following domains:

• Core Infrastructure Modernization
• Automation
• Data Analytics
• Digital Experience

As a Senior Domain Sales Engineer, you will partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, design innovative solutions, build proof-of-concepts (POCs), and demonstrate measurable business value. You will work directly with executive stakeholders, technology leaders, architects, and account teams to shape transformational initiatives across cloud, data, AI, automation, digital platforms, and modern infrastructure.

Experience

• 12+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, consulting, architecture, software engineering, cloud modernization, data platforms, automation, digital applications, or related technology domains.
• Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to engage both executive and technical audiences.
• Recent hands-on technical experience building, deploying, and demonstrating solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery sessions to identify business and technical challenges.
• Design solution architectures aligned to customer outcomes and modernization goals.
• Build and demonstrate rapid POCs, prototypes, and reference implementations.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and architecture presentations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused value propositions.
• Present solutions to executives, architects, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, reference architectures, and demonstration assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional domain experts across cloud, applications, data, AI, automation, and infrastructure.

• Enterprise automation and workflow orchestration
• API-led integration and event-driven architectures
• RPA, BPM, low-code/no-code platforms
• Agentic AI and AI-assisted automation
• Process optimization and operational automation

Data Analytics

• Data architecture, engineering, and modernization
• Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, Spark
• Data lakes, lakehouses, warehouses, and streaming platforms
• AI/ML, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, GenAI, RAG
• Data governance, visualization, and observability

Digital Experience

• Full-stack application development
• React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Node.js
• Cloud-native applications and microservices
• UX-focused solution design
• AI-powered applications, copilots, and customer experiences
