Role: Automobile Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction
   
2. Greet and assist customers with courtesy and professionalism
   
3. Verify service requests and capture customer feedback
   
4. Communicate repair updates to customers
   

1. Diagnosis and Repair
   
2. Analyze and diagnose scooters for necessary repairs
   
3. Update diagnosis reports in the Workshop Management System
   
4. Perform repairs and final inspections based on customer requirements
   

1. System Management
   
2. Track customer complaints and update the system in real-time
   
3. Operate Workshop Management System and ensure full adherence
   
4. Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems
   
5. Monitor scooter health in the Telematics Command Centre
   

1. Technical Expertise
   
2. Possess in-depth knowledge of OLA scooters
   
3. Ability to repair and replace all scooter parts
   
4. Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news
   

1. Process Adherence
   
2. Ensure adherence to processes at the Experience Centre
   
3. Handle invoicing and payment collections
   
4. Maintain service bays and ensure serviceability
   

1. Parts Management
   
2. Audit inventory and ensure system and physical inventory match
   
3. Perform GRN and maintain inventory at the Experience Centre
   
4. Manage warranty part reverse logistics to the main workshop
   

1. Safety and Compliance
   
2. Adhere to uniform and protective gear requirements
   
3. Properly handle tool kits and use protective gear during repairs
   
4. Ensure availability of fire-fighting equipment
   

Requirements

Requirements:

• Only male candidates
  
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post-graduation
  
• Minimum experience: 6 months in the automobile service sector
  

Benefits

Salary: ₹ CTC per month including  PF+ ESIC +Incentive
