Working Pattern: 37.5 Hours Per Week, Twilight Shift
Salary: £31,784 + 25% shift allowance
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brazing Technician to join a leading advanced manufacturing business based in Fareham.
Working within a highly skilled production environment, you will be responsible for the brazing, assembly and testing of precision-engineered components used in demanding industrial applications.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Brazing Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and assembling precision components in accordance with engineering specifications and work instructions
Mixing and applying braze paste and brazing materials prior to processing
Carrying out brazing operations and supporting vacuum furnace production processes
Conducting leak testing and inspection activities to verify product quality and compliance
Completing production documentation while working to strict quality, safety and manufacturing standards
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a practical and detail-oriented manufacturing professional with previous brazing experience and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Essential
Previous brazing experience gained within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment
Experience working with brazing materials, braze paste or brazing processes
Ability to follow detailed work instructions, technical procedures and quality standards
Strong attention to detail and experience handling precision components
A proactive approach to work with a commitment to quality and xrexnqw safety
