StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $129.01 - $139.65
This facility is seeking a Occupational Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time preferred , Office hours are 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM.
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Occupational Medicine clinic.
- Type of cases and required procedures: Occupational medicine evaluations and treatment.
- Credentialing timeframe: Pending information.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Pending information.
- Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Licensure required: Active state medical license and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
