Experience Manager

Position Summary The Experience Manager is responsible for cultivating a welcoming, organized, and highly functional workplace experience at Pereira O'Dell's East Coast headquarters in New York City. As the first point of contact for employees, clients, candidates, and guests, this person plays a critical role in bringing our agency culture to life and ensuring the office runs seamlessly day to day. Equal parts hospitality ambassador, operational problem-solver, and culture champion, the Experience Manager oversees office operations, facilities, vendor relationships, and in-office events while partnering closely with leadership and internal teams to create an engaging, efficient, and inspiring workplace.
