About the Company:
With more than 40 years of engineering expertise, the company designs and delivers advanced process systems and GMP washing equipment for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries, providing solutions from initial design and manufacturing through to commissioning and ongoing technical support.
The Role:

Key responsibilities include:

- Customer Training: Guide customers on equipment operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams in the US and Europe to resolve technical challenges and improve equipment performance.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure work meets relevant customer requirements and regulated-industry standards, including cGMP and applicable GAMP 5 principles.
- Customer Support: Build strong working relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical representative on-site.
Travel:
Approximately 80% across the US and internationally. European assignments may last three to four weeks at a time, typically at least two to three times per year.
What We're Looking For:
We're keen to hear from technically capable, self-motivated professionals who enjoy working independently, take pride in their work and are confident dealing directly with customers.
You'll ideally have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, alongside technical or vocational training.
- At least three years' experience installing, commissioning, servicing or maintaining process systems or large-scale production machinery.
- Experience in a regulated or quality-critical industry, such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, nuclear or similar manufacturing environments.
- Strong mechanical skills and a good understanding of electrical systems, controls and automation.
- A practical, methodical approach to fault-finding and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The flexibility to undertake extensive domestic and international travel, including extended trips to Europe.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Residence in the US, within reasonable reach of a major airport.
Desirable Experience
The following would be advantageous but are not essential:
- An associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, such as mechatronics, electromechanics or process technology.
- Pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with stainless-steel process equipment, hygienic systems or GMP washing equipment.
- Welding or fabrication skills.
- Experience working with international equipment manufacturers or engineering teams.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
- Technical development: Receive specialist training and build expertise in advanced process systems.
- International exposure: Work alongside experienced European engineers and visit the company's Slovenian manufacturing facility.
