Looking for a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 8+ years of experience in Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and Process Excellence within the BFSI/Insurance domain.

Key Requirements:

Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Process Improvement, and Operational Excellence Experience leading transformation initiatives using RPA, Analytics, AI, and Automation Ability to drive measurable business impact, process optimization, and customer experience improvements Strong stakeholder and client management skills Experience managing multiple projects and leading CI/Transformation programs
