Interventional Cardiologist - VA St. Louis Health Care System

Duties Interventional Cardiologist is assigned to the VA St. Louis MO Health Care System, Medical Service, provide comprehensive, efficient, compassionate, high quality healthcare to all patients, functioning as a member of the inter-disciplinary team providing clinical care to the patients at VAMC St Louis in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The responsibilities include treating a range of heart and vascular conditions through cardiac catheterization. The interventional cardiologist may perform a range of procedures including balloon angioplasty, stent insertion, heart valve repair and pacemaker and defibrillator insertion.
