Fly n Study Overseas is seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team in Chennai . If you are passionate about guiding students toward their dream of studying abroad and possess excellent communication and counselling skills, we'd love to have you on board.

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and admission requirements.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable study options.
• Guide students through the application process, including documentation and university selection.
• Assist students with admission procedures and provide regular application updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
• Achieve counselling and admission targets while delivering an exceptional student experience.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling, education consulting, or the study abroad industry.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
• Strong ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
• Basic knowledge of international admissions and overseas education is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
