Software Test and Support Engineer

Pattern Labs is looking for a Software Test and Support Engineer to join our Deployment team. This role will play an integral part in the testing, deployment and on-site operations of our fleet orchestration software. The ideal candidate will be excited about working on-site with large scale SAAS products and providing customer support. This role may involve 1-2 weeks of travel per month. Responsibilities: Customer Focus - help solidify our customer relationships by interacting with them frequently in the field, gathering feedback, and driving any of their issues to resolution. Technical Support - fix issues on the fly and work with the engineers at HQ to maintain our software. Provide initial triage and detailed bug reports. Always keep customer operations running smoothly. Quality Assurance - ensure the quality of our product by supporting weekly release testing and development testing for new features. Knowledge and Experience: 2+ years experience in a technical support role Experience troubleshooting and providing remote support Understanding of software test and deployment cycles At Pattern we are committed to being a fun, groundbreaking, and inclusive place to work.
