About the Role

The Dev Ops & Cloud Engineer role involves working on innovative financial technology projects that combine domain expertise with cutting-edge tools. This role offers hands-on experience building real-world systems through project-based work in a Fin Tech startup environment.

Assigned Projects

Interns will work on four core projects during the programme:

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver a production-grade, zero-downtime CI/CD pipeline architecture for Nova Pay Digital Bank, including eight canonical pipeline stages, blue-green and canary deployment strategies, and automated compliance gates mapped to RBI Master Direction and PCI-DSS v4. Design and deliver a complete multi-region disaster recovery architecture for Pay Secure Gateway. Design, build, and deliver a comprehensive Infrastructure Cost Optimisation and Fin Ops Framework for Lend Flow Technologies, achieving a minimum 33% cost reduction without degrading performance or breaching compliance boundaries. Design and deliver a production-grade, security-hardened Kubernetes platform for Fin Serv Digital, implementing zero-trust network policies, least-privilege RBAC, Hashi Corp Vault, Falco runtime detection, and full PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.

Eligibility

Students enrolled in High School, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, or MBA programs from ANY academic discipline, or fresh graduates from any field. No prior work experience required. Self-motivated learners with an interest in Fin Tech and financial markets.

Qualifications

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and Dev Sec Ops principles. Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, RBI IT Framework, or SOC 2. Interest in Fin Ops, disaster recovery architecture, and platform reliability engineering.

Internship Details

Duration: Self-paced. Options of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 months.

Type: Remote, Project-based.

Compensation: Unpaid. Certificate of Project Work Experience (Internship / Externship).
