Position Overview/Responsibilities for the AI & M365 Platform Engineer: Collaborate with development, security, and enterprise architecture teams to enable AI adoption across the business. Guide development teams in selecting the most suitable AI platforms for various business use cases. Mentor users throughout their AI journey and support enterprise AI platforms. Provide technical guidance on AI architecture and governance, and assist in moving AI agents into production. Participate in the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive innovation and best practices. Required Skills for AI & M365 Platform Engineer: Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents into production environments. Strong understanding of AI data retrieval, RAG concepts, and improving AI responses through data strategies. Expertise in security, including agent permissions, identity management, and data governance. Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.
