Creating Peace of Mind by Pioneering Safety and Security What you’ll do Team Leadership • Lead and mentor Data Scientists and AI Engineers • Conduct performance reviews and create development plans • Foster innovation and technical excellence culture • Recruit and onboard team members Technical Strategy & Delivery • Define technical roadmaps for AI initiatives • Oversee AI platform reliability, scalability, and observability • Govern responsible deployment and operations of generative AI services in production • Manage cloud-based AI infrastructure (Azure OpenAI, AKS, Azure ML) including cost governance, scaling, and security posture Collaboration & Project Management • Partner with Global Data & AI teams • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Oversee multipl
