ICON Consultants, based in Karachi, is hiring a meticulous finance professional to oversee distributor reconciliations, claims, discounts, and related account adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Prepare discount calculations and manage on‑invoice deployments such as TO/MPO, rentals, OB incentives, and rural freight.
• Review, record, and settle distributor claims.
• Process sales returns with appropriate accounting treatment.
• Conduct monthly discount reconciliations covering ND, FMR, freight, and on‑invoice discounts.
• Record distributor payments and ledger adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to resolve discrepancies.

Who Should Apply

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Commercial Finance.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with distributor accounting, claims handling, or sales returns is a plus.
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MSExcel and accounting software.
