Corporate accountant

We do have an opportunity for you as Analyst/Senior Analyst/Lead - (IC Role) - Corporate Accounting, Hyderabad and below is the JD.

Work hours:- 2 PM to 11 PM IST/3 PM to 12 AM IST

Work Mode : Hybrid

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or 15 Days

Corporate Accountant Key Responsibilities: -

Accounts Payable

Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, coding, and timely payments. Oversee T& E (travel and entertainment) submissions and employee reimbursements. Prepare and post expense allocations across funds and management entities. Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Support efficiency improvements in invoice and expense workflows.

Financial Reporting

Record and maintain Net Suite bookings and journal entries. Perform expense reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounts. Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close process. Prepare financial statements and management reports for review. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Ad-Hoc / Other Responsibilities

Support ongoing Net Suite implementation and process enhancement projects. Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making. Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor requests. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy. Contribute to the development and documentation of accounting procedures.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of US GAAP. 5+ years of corporate accounting experience. Depth experience in expense allocations for asset managers Strong working knowledge of Net Suite (must have) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
