About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, result-driven Admission Counsellors to join Casagrand International School across our Chennai and Hyderabad branches. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, guiding them through the admission process and helping the school achieve its enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents via walk-ins, calls, and digital channels
• Counsel families on the school's programmes, curriculum, and admission process
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions
• Manage admission documentation and coordinate with internal teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports and MIS on enquiries, applications, and enrolment
• Support marketing and outreach activities
• Meet monthly and annual enrolment targets

Requirements

• Any UG or PG degree
• Min 1 year of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a school or educational institution preferred

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
