We are currently looking for a Warehouse Picker to join our dynamic team. If you are motivated and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we encourage you to apply and become part of our growing company.
Pay & Benefits:
£13.15 per hour
£100 attendance bonus every 4 weeks
PAID breaks per shift

Shift Pattern:
2-week rotating shift:
Week 1: 08:00 – 17:00
Week 2: 09:00 – 18:00
Working alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Dedicated day off during the week
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
Working towards productivity and performance targets
Maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
Following all health & safety procedures
Working as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative / Picker / Packer (preferred but not essential)
Good numeracy skills and attention to detail for counting stock
Reliable, with strong attendance and timekeeping
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit to manage the manual handling involved in the warehouse
