AI-First Odoo Consultant

We're hiring an AI-First Odoo Consultant — a business problem solver who designs Odoo solutions with automation and AI built in from the start.

You'll identify where AI and automation save real time for clients — document extraction, drafting, classification, assistants and workflow automation — and deliver them inside Odoo together with our developers.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client processes and find high-value automation and AI opportunities
• Design Odoo solutions combining standard apps, automated actions and AI features
• Prototype AI use cases (LLMs, document AI, RAG assistants) with the development team
• Define prompts, evaluation criteria and guardrails for AI features
• Measure time saved and business impact after go-live
• Create internal playbooks and share AI best practices with the team

Requirements

• 2+ years of Odoo functional or technical experience
• Hands-on use of LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) for real work
• Strong process-analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain AI benefits and limits clearly to clients
• Excellent English
