Senior Designer (Product + Brand)

Lead product and brand design across the MAD ecosystem. Web, print, ad creative, packaging. The brand lives across surfaces and so will you.

Where you work: Hybrid. You live within commuting distance of Dallas and work from our Dallas location part of each week; the in-office schedule is agreed with you before an offer. This is not a fully remote role.

Pay: $100,000 - $135,000 / year

Most hires land between $110,000 and $120,000. This is priced as a product design role, not a graphic design role, because the product surfaces set the bar. The top of the band is for someone who ships the CSS as well as the Figma.

What you will do

• Own visual direction across the storefront, SaaS dashboards, and print products
• Build and maintain the MAD design system
• Partner with engineering on shipping, not just specs
• Lead creative for paid social and email

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in product or brand design
• Strong portfolio across digital and print
• Fluent in Figma, comfortable in the Adobe suite
• Can write the words too. Microcopy matters
